RESUMO

Aim: The purpose of this study is to examine the design and implementation of a high-fidelity simulation training course for medical and nursing collaboration, based on the Fink integrated course design model. Additionally, the study aims to validate the teaching effectiveness of the course. Background: Previous empirical studies have highlighted the effectiveness of collaborative healthcare education in institutional teaching and hospital training. However, the development of healthcare collaborative education in China has been slow to develop in China. In recent years, Chinese nursing educators and researchers have shown interest in utilizing high-fidelity simulators for healthcare collaborative education. These simulators help address the limitations of traditional nursing teaching and healthcare separation simulation. Nevertheless, a standardized simulation interprofessional education curriculum is still lacking. Therefore, nursing educators need to develop a standardized high-fidelity simulation training curriculum for healthcare collaboration, guided by established science curriculum development theories. Methods: A high-fidelity simulation training course on healthcare collaboration was designed based on the Fink integrated curriculum design model. The course was taught to 14 nursing students and 8 clinical medicine students from March to July 2022. To comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the healthcare collaboration high-fidelity simulation training course, several assessment tools were used. These included course grades, satisfaction and self-confidence scales, simulation teaching practice scales, healthcare collaboration attitude scales, critical thinking skills scales, and semi-structured interviews. Results: After the course was implemented, students demonstrated high overall scores (79.19 ± 5.12) and reported high satisfaction ratings (4.44 ± 0.37). They also exhibited increased self-confidence (4.16 ± 0.33). Additionally, students evaluated all four dimensions of the course teaching practice scale positively. Furthermore, the study demonstrated significant improvements in various aspects, such as attitudes toward medical and nursing collaboration (t = -7.135, P < 0.01), shared education and teamwork (t = -3.247, P = 0.002), job autonomy for nurses (t = -1.782, P = 0.000), and reduced physician dominance (t = -6.768, P = 0.000). The critical thinking skills of the students showed significant improvement, with higher scores in truth-seeking (t = -3.052, P = 0.004), analytical ability (t = -2.561, P = 0.014), systematic ability (t = -3.491, P = 0.001), self-confidence in critical thinking (t = -4.024, P = 0.000), and curiosity (t = -5.318, P = 0.000) compared to their scores before the course (all P < 0.05). The interviews showed that the course's student-centered approach enabled active learning. Students suggested enhancing teaching cases and allocating more time for reflection and summarization. Conclusion: The study successfully designed a high-fidelity simulation training course for healthcare collaboration by utilizing the Fink integrated curriculum design model. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of standardized curricula and healthcare collaboration education in China. Moreover, the course adheres to best practice principles, fostering improved attitudes toward healthcare collaboration and enhancing students' healthcare collaboration and clinical thinking skills.

RESUMO

Colon cancer (CC) is a multistage disease and one of the most common cancers worldwide. Establishing an effective treatment strategies of early colon cancer is of great significance for preventing its development and reducing mortality. The occurrence of colon cancer is closely related to changes in the intestinal flora structure. Therefore, remodelling the intestinal flora structure through prebiotics is a powerful approach for preventing and treating the occurrence and development of colon cancer. Isomaltooligosaccharides (IMOs) are often found in fermented foods and can directly reach the gut for use by microorganisms. In this study, a rat model of early colon cancer (DMH) was established by subcutaneous injection of 1,2-dimethylhydrazine, and the model rats were fed IMOs as a dietary intervention (DI). The untargeted faecal metabolomics, gut metabolome and intestinal function of the model rats were investigated. The results showed that DMH, DI and IMOs alone (IMOs) groups exhibited gut microbial community changes. In the DI group, there was an increased abundance of probiotics (Lactobacillus) and decreased abundance of CC marker bacteria (Fusobacterium). The key variations in the faecal metabolites of the DI group included decreased levels of glucose, bile acids (including deoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid) and amino acids (including L-glutamic acid and L-alanine). In addition, dietary intake of IMOs attenuated the intestinal inflammatory response, improved the intestinal microecological environment, and slowed the development of DMH-induced early CC in rats. This work provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the clinical prevention or treatment of CC with prebiotics.

RESUMO

As a highly practical educational activity, mental health education must be guided by rich theories to maintain the steady development of mental health education. Ideological education plays a predictive role in college students' crisis management, which can improve college students' psychological crisis management ability. This paper proposes an early warning index system and applies it to the construction of an early warning mechanism, completes the qualitative and quantitative analysis of early warning information evaluation, and changes the situation that information evaluation only stays at the level of qualitative analysis in traditional methods. Quantitative analysis is more conducive to accurately predict the occurrence of psychological crisis. Through empirical research, this paper finds that there is a significant interaction between stressors and coping styles in the process of affecting mental health. The result of interaction is not only equal to the superposition of the influence of a single factor, but also greater or lesser than the superposition of the influence of a single factor. The study found that there was a significant correlation between stressors and mental health. It is one of the many factors that affect mental health, and it is also the main reason to induce college students' psychological crisis. Mature coping styles are significantly positively correlated with mental health, while immature coping styles are significantly negatively correlated with mental health. This paper tests students, which is more conducive to the timely warning of psychological crisis.

RESUMO

Students are the backbone of national development and progress, and should stand at the forefront of the era of innovation and entrepreneurship. Cultivating the entrepreneurship of college students is not only a response to the national call, but also a basic requirement for implementing quality education and promoting the comprehensive development of college students. To better study the entrepreneurship of college students, cultivate a group of newcomers of the era who have patriotic feelings, dare to innovate, hardworking and sustainable struggle, and solve the problem of college students' employment difficulties from the root, the cultivation mode of college students' entrepreneurship is studied. Firstly, the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technology on social ethics is analyzed. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of science and engineering college students' entrepreneurship from three aspects: Chinese traditional cultural thoughts influence the concept of career choice, enterprises emphasize utilitarianism, and colleges and universities attach importance to knowledge education and despise spiritual education. Finally, the data statistics on the cultivation of entrepreneurship of science and engineering college students are carried out in the form of questionnaires. The results demonstrate that among the students surveyed, 21.31% have a strong willingness to start their own business, and 72.84% have the idea of starting their own business, which means that most students still want to start a business through their own efforts, not blindly looking for jobs. Simultaneously, among many majors, 87.5% of students majoring in agriculture and medicine are better at finding new ways to solve problems, while the proportion of students majoring in literature and history is the lowest. It also indicates that most students believe that schools should add more seminar courses, internship courses, design courses, experimental courses, etc., and allow students to choose learning courses across colleges and majors, to cultivate college students' entrepreneurship. The proposed method provides some ideas for the application of AI technology in the cultivation of students' entrepreneurship.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of continuous traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing combined with atorvastatin tablets on psychological status, quality of life, and sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: One hundred CHD patients admitted in Jinan City People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the order of admission, with 50 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with continuous TCM nursing with atorvastatin tablets, while the control group took atorvastatin tablets alone. The therapeutic effect, psychological status, levels of inflammatory factors, quality of life, sleep quality, cardiac function index, physical signs, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared. RESULTS: After the intervention, the two groups witnessed notably decreased levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) compared with those before treatment, with lower levels observed in the experimental group. The psychological status, quality of life, sleep quality, cardiac function indexes, physical signs, and treatment compliance of the experimental group were generally better than the control group. The experimental group had better outcome in the therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Continuous TCM nursing combined with atorvastatin tablets optimizes psychological status, quality of life, and sleep quality of CHD patients, which exhibits therapeutic benefit, and effectively avoids the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of free popi iteal artery cutaneous branch flap anastomosed with lateral tarsal artery and vein for the repair of wound on the foot and ankle by anatomical observation and clinical application. METHODS: Latex was poured into the blood vessels of 8 cadavers, then perforator vessel of posterolateral upper calf was dissected, and the popl iteal artery cutaneous branch flap was designed with a pedicle of 2.5 cm in length; the lateral tarsal artery of the foot was dissected, could be freed to 6 cm in length; the diameter of these vessels was measured, and the number of the accompanying veins was counted. Between March 2010 and January 2013, 13 cases of foot and ankle wounds were repaired with popliteal artery cutaneous branch flap anastomosed with lateral tarsal artery and vein. The size of flaps ranged from 6.0 cm x 4.0 cm to 7.5 cm x 5.5 cm. There were 11 males and 2 females, aged from 41 to 65 years (mean, 47.3 years). The causes of injury included traffic accident in 8 cases, crushing in 4 cases, and twist by machine in 1 case. The size of wounds, ranged from 5.0 cm x 3.5 cm to 7.0 cm x 5.0 cm. The donor sites were sutured directly. RESULTS: According to anatomical observation, the popliteal artery cutaneous branch flap was designed by using the lateral popliteal artery perforator for shaft. The vessel of the pedicle perforator flaps from the popliteal artery cutaneous branch flap matched well with the lateral tarsal artery. CLINICAL RESULTS: vascular crisis occurred in 2 flaps, which survived after symptomatic treatment; the other flaps survived, with primary healing of wound and incision at donor site. The patients were all followed up 5-18 months (mean, 11 months). The flap had normal color and good elasticity. Second stage operation was performed to make the flap thinner in 3 female patients because of bulky flaps. The remaining patients had no obvious fat flap. According to American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score for evaluation of the ankle function at 6 months after operation, the results were excellent in 7 cases, good in 5 cases, and fair in 1 case, with an excellent and good rate of 92.3%. CONCLUSION: Free popliteal artery cutaneous branch flap anastomosed with lateral tarsal artery and vein for the repair of wound on the foot and ankle is simple and effective. The donor site is hidden.
